I have been trying to get in touch with someone, anyone from this company. I have been trying for 6 months!!! All I want to do is pay off my car and be done with this company. This isn’t the first time either I’ve had this problem either, about 4 years ago, I spent about 4 months trying to get in touch with someone.
Great services from Cheryl Weaver, great professional atmosphere.

This is a trash bank. Trash policy and very disorganized setup. I asked them many times why the atm at outside locations wouldn’t allow me to deposit money and they simply brushed it off. If your looking for a credit union in Atlanta steer clear of this one. They are shady and there’s many better options in better locations.

I’m a 21 yr account holder. First as a Grady RN and now as a retired RN. I’ve always found the staff professional and accommodating to my banking needs. Ms Bell is my favorite teller but they all are very capable and are not ashamed to ask the others if they need help. They get 5 stars from me❤
