If I could give ZERO stars I would. Service is terrible and won’t stay connected…have to reboot or lose service AT LEAST five times per day, sometimes more, but never less. Can’t run a household with 7 people and a business without internet connection. Terrible.

Every once in a while there’s a blip in service, but overall great, no extended outages in 6 months so far, and good speed. Cant beat the price in Medina at least.
It is such a shame that living in Humboldt TN you only have one option in internet other than satellite internet that offers the speed we need . We pay for download speeds of 55 mbps and can not even stream one show with NOTHING ELSE HOOKED UP TO IT. No computers, no phones, no iPads. They offer it but do not provide it!!
Terrible customer service and terrible broadband service. 25 Mbs on a 100 connection. It’s sad that company’s are legally allowed to advertise bandwidth as throughput when they know good and well you won’t get that throughput except at 3 am.
We have our telephone and internet at work thru 1 Tennessee. David went above and beyond to help us when we were having problems with our credit card machine. When we called he was here a.s.a.p. and corrected our problem. David, Dustin and the staff are always helpful when we need it.
