Helped plan my family’s vacation, saved a lot of money on a rental car and when I had a blowout on my truck the tow was free to the tire shop. You cant beat their service and I highly recommend anyone driving becoming a member.

The first time I utilized my membership, I waited over three hours for a tow. Fast forward a couple of years later, and I can not get ANYONE to help me get my car towed. I am unable to get help through the app, website or over the phone. I’m paying for a service that is not benefitting me or my family.
DON’T DO IT!! AAA will leave you stranded at the side of the road in blistering heat and lie to you about your tow, which will never arrive. My wife and I just suffered a horrendous experience in rural TN in which she was almost hospitalized. If you are considering AAA and drive anywhere that is not a city, just DONT!
Let me add yet one more “They left me stranded.” Only it was a family member. I think the woman she was in contact with was bothered that she called her back after a long time of not hearing from her. They can help her out tomorrow, was the final answer. Wow.
It took from 2 am until 7 am for someone to arrive while I was stranded. This is unacceptable service. I called back 4 times. It seems to me that another facility should have been called earlier. Every time I called, I was told it would be an hour. So terribly unhappy. The first facility should be removed from AAA providers!!
AAA is my all time best investment! Always courteous and professional. My most recent experience involved a battery charge and tow to mechanic. All accomplished in a manner that was excellent and stress reducing! FIVE STARS!

The downtown facility has closed operations. There are 2 loactions in Knoxville, one on Kingston Pike and the other is on Schadd Rd off Clinton Hwy.

Don’t hate but I scheduled a tow thru them was charged 50 In. Advance cancelled within ten minutes and no return on my 50 $
It just sucks that they bring a few gallons of gas but you have to pay for the gas.. well what’s the point of having the darn membership??
