These folks ran over my neighbor’s dog and kept right on going. They came back up the street when folks were trying to help revive the dog….and they kept on going. You can’t get much lower on the scale of humanity. That 10 year old girl was devastated.
They have every excuse for not providing the service. Even calling me a liar. They took my money and didn’t provide any service. In my opinion stealing my money.
Our trash/recycling is hardly ever picked up on time. Each time we’ve called about it we are told that our pickup day is changed, and the following week we put it out and it still isn’t picked up. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Sorriest company around. You can pay your bill but yet they wont take your trash but every 3 or 4 weeks. And then when you get home and throw trash away… they take the whoke can. Find any other company than these sorry folks.

Very unhappy with their customer service. Had service for over a year. Change the pick up day without any notice. Pick up our trash cans after bill was paid. When trying to get the trash cans back bill increased by over 125%. Then attempted to refuse a refund of our money that we had paid. I would never use them again.

Almost every week, either trash or recycle is missed getting picked up. I have to call almost every week and complain, then they have a driver come out the next day to pick up whichever one was missed. Due to some extra cleanup around the house, today I requested an extra pickup for this week, but AAA would not accommodate.
