Horrible customer service who ever answers the freakin phone is rude as hell definitely not taking my kid here! FYI they need to have later times! Some parents are not ok with pulling there kids out from school make it convenient for the kids and not you!
Agree with the other reviewers. Staff is horribly rude. Billing is a mess! Used to be a good practice, but no more. Definitely a number and not a person now.
Called today and the earliest appointment is 45 days away. Guess the business is good and that’s why the reception desk yelled at me when I couldn’t clearly hear the date.
I have to agree with the other reviews. Front desk staff is HORRIBLY RUDE. Dr Tong is amazing. Why does the front desk staff continue to be so bad? I can’t fathom. They are abrupt and downright rude and disrespectful. If it weren’t for Dr. Tong, I would NEVER go here.
Front desk is terrible, terrible attitude. Look I get it there are new rules because of covid19 but don’t expect me to leave my 4 year old in the truck because you’re only going to see my other child. Our last visit here just a couple weeks ago my wife was able to go in with both.

Read the other reviews and decide for yourself. Good Ophthalmologist but their Billing Office and practices are very questionable. They’ll charge you $75 for a refractory test and then make you wait for the insurance claim to go through; good luck in getting your refund. Buyer be aware!
