Went for additional testing for a mammogram I received the previous week. The older, gray haired Tech was sarcastic and flippant from the beginning. This was an extremely stressful time for me. She seemed annoyed and irritable. She should have been professional and compassionate. Certainly not appropriate behavior on her part.
