They ought to change their name to absolute worst. They’ve missed 1 of our trash days 5 weeks in a row. Doesn’t matter how much you call them they don’t care.
I came home from work and the gentleman named David was picking up our tree limbs. He even picked up alot of the smaller stuff. Very polite.
We were charge double and they do not care to check their records. We were up to date on our bill.
Unable to contact absolute services for my resident area. Iāve tried yesterday and today but still not able to contact them. Terrible customer service, very unprofessional and rude! Bought our home over a month ago and have contacted them on weekly basis to let them know the previous owner left trash and their cans here to be picked up… Have asked over and over ā¦
There were a lot of hits and misses with respect to pickup when I started home service with them in 2014. Since then, they have been fine.
If you live in Orange Grove area and need new service donāt waste your time calling them, theyāre not taking any new customers in our area.
Do not bother with these people. Super rude and unprofessional. The receptionist will hang up on you and wonāt give you a valid response. Save your money and take your business somewhere else

This company has had a severe lack of customer service there has been a container on my property for more than 6 months i have tried multiple times to get them to come get their waste container. Yet it is still on my property and full of trash we will see what this week holds.
2 months in a row they skipped a week of pick up but are still charging me full price. When I called to discuss the dispatch hung up on me. Horrible trash service and horrible customer service.

Had a problem where they only emptied part of my trash can (really just a tiny bit). Called them up. The receptionist said she had to ask her supervisor and after some prodding (didn’t spontaneously offer), she said she’d call me back ā¦
Today is 18 days since we have had trash pick up. I’ve called numerous times with no results. We’ve been with them since they started providing pickup in Goliad. Guess I am going to have to look for other service!

Horrible service! I would advise you avoid at all cost. The online dispatch is rude and unprofessional. Pick up is never consistent and often times your trash must be left out 3 days at a time just to make sure it’s picked up. The worst ā¦
No recycling!!!! I think this company is charging a lot to fill up a land fill for our children and grandchildren. Shame on you! I decided not to call the receptionist after I read the reviews. Facebook might get more action folks. Tell them to clean up their act. Literally.
They do not pick up trash as agreed. When confronted will tell you numerous lies….truck too full, vehicle in their way, we didn’t set it out on time, etc. They promise to come back and pick it up every day until the next scheduled pick up day. Lying and theft of services paid for.
Only place that services my area.. but the receptionist is very rude and got defensive when there was no need for it. She had a lack of people skills and a bad attitude toward customers. Other than that the rest of the staff has been helpful and polite, just beware when calling for info.!
Driver just passed by garbage can and didnāt empty/pickup.
Called dispatch and they Accuse me of lying and said they would not pick up trash. Called to talk to manager and they wouldnāt connect me with that person. 3:00 pm and havenāt pick up trash. Usually picked up by 9:00am.
I cannot believe in this company’s customer service. The lady on the phone is beyond rude. They did not pick up trash on the designated date even though we put the cans out the night before. We prepaid for service for trash services for our former address on Loma Linda in Beeville, TX on December 1. We sold our home on January 3, and cancelled our trash services with Absolute Waste effective immediately. We were told a refund ā¦

Exceeded expectations for customer service! I called because my trash receptacle was broken and the person I spoke to was very friendly and said they would send me another one. I was told to take the broken one to the street but I didn’t ā¦
Go to Frontier Waste instead. Absolute Waste has the worst customer service. On several occasions, the would not show up for weeks on end. Even after calling and letting them know, they still would not show up as promised. The people on the telephone would hang up on you, and were very rude.
Service is paid 3 month’s in advance. That being said, everyone on our route has prepaid service, yet our route is going on 2 weeks with no pickup and trash cans and bags next to cans piling up…..HEALTH HAZARD. Customer service is rude ā¦
Rude customer service. I have to call in and report my trash not being picked up almost once a month. They claim my trash can wasn’t at the road when the driver passes by but I bring it out the night prior everytime it’s full and have video ā¦
Incompetent driver passed by our garbage carts without picking up then lied and said our carts werenāt out when we called. Supervisor Liz at office was non caring and said āwell theyāre not coming back any wayā and hung up. Boss at office William never called back. Horrible Skanky serviceā¦.
Their dispatch/receptionist has the worst customer service! They never pick up brush and donāt bother calling because they donāt care. The ONLY reason I gave two stars is because the new trash guys actually put the can back where it was and donāt just throw it out in the street or my driveway like they used to.

Absolutely terrible service. They show up about half the time so weekly service turns into bi-weekly but I am still charged for weekly pickup. Their driver stops at an intersection to “look” for my cans but doesn’t actually drive by & ā¦
I am helping my mom clean out her house for a big move. We ordered a dumpster and the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Every week we have had extra bags and they have faithfully picked up every week.
Been using doxo’s free bill pay to send my payments over so I don’t have to deal with customer services. I’m able to send my payment for free with the ACH option doxo provides right from my smartphone.

Several months ago I wrote a scathing review about this company. Well they have sure improved. They waited for me to unlock my gate, rolled out one of my trash cans and then brought it back. All with a smile. They have been very reliable and kind and answer the phone kindly. It means a lot.
