I gave them a call asking for a home inspection, after I asked about bait stations and other services they offer they replied “we don’t do bait stations” and hung up on me. Terrible phone etiquette.
Ace came out yesterday. They did a general inspection & sprayed the outside yard. I’m happy with the service. In addition, the spray they use includes a general pesticide.
They came to spray at my rent house, they missed several areas. The exterminator told me one thing and then turned the invoice into the owner saying something completely different. They either don’t know what they’re doing, they just don’t care, or perhaps both.
We were charged for about 25min more of service than we actually received. Luckily, we do not have a huge insect problem, because they did not spray our entire house or property. They lied about how much and where they sprayed, even though …
