Terrible experience. Looks like they don’t want to sell glasses. Very limited offer and close to no interest in supporting a client find what they like. Made me feel really uncomfortable.
They were especially accommodating when I was placed on a time crunch for a two week trip to Europe. They went above and beyond to make sure I could see and enjoy the trip! Thank you!!

When I lived in Vegas, we made a special trip just to come back to have our eyes checked out here. Now, we’re moving to Dallas, and even when we should have been packing, we scheduled an appointment at Acuity just so we could get some good service before we head off.
Best eye facility around. very helpful and accommodating to Medicare clients, Dr B is the most caring eye professional I know, staff follows her lead of caring for clients

What a great place to go for eye vision needs. They worked with me and my insurance company to get the best and cheapest out of pocket copay for me. The receptionist was really full of energy and it just radiated everywhere. Great place
I deleted my original review because what I had was a specific sort of experience that had as much to do with me as it did them, I think. they could have handled it better. As could I. obviously I won’t go back but there is no reason to believe other people don’t have fabulous experiences.

As a tourist in arizona i needed just a screw in my sunglasses to keep them in place. 2minutes later and $0 poorer i was outside.
Check with your insurance before paying. They screwed me big time and I didn’t realize until I moved a couple weeks later.
