Dr. Burr remove my first skin cancer nearly 30 years ago and I’ve been going to him regularly ever since. I am now having most surgeries done by Dr. Winchester for MOHS procedures. Both doctors are so full of energy, knowledge and passion for their work. Their people skills are through the roof!

I was taken to the exam room right on schedule. The doctor and his assistants were very friendly and courteous. The doctor explained some concerns and what the treatment would consist of.
The front desk person was very pushy and made me feel rushed to pay and leave. I honestly didn’t want to schedule my next appointment to deal with her any further. I’m frustrated I had to pay 20% of my bill when I’ve always been able to have it billed later.

Procedure went very fast. They even called me in early. Dr. Winchester and his nurse were very nice and very efficient. Very good explanations for what was happening. I was out in a little over an hour for an MOHs procedure.

Wait time was short and before my visit to Dr. Burr. I had my vitals taken and a update on my meds and allergies, Weight. And another short wait before the visit with my doctor. Dr. Burr was very through checking me everywhere for cancer and asked me if I had some area’s I was concerned about. Everyone was very courtious.
I must say the doctor and his assistant made my visit very pleasant.

Dr. Frelly is great! The last time I came in, we had a problem with them taking our insurance even though we had been there before. We had to come back two months later after getting re-referred. That was a big problem to me. The medical staff has always been good.
