The staff there is rude, inattentive and uncooperative. This is the land of the misfit employees. I would NEVER EVER refer anyone to do business with this company. I do not understand how they are still open. Complaining to the management is fruitless.

There office has the newest medical equipment and their customer service is VERY polite. They are very quick on handling your needs but, I thought their office wasn’t the best organized. Still my recommendation for #1.
Very dedicated caring staff I take care of my mother and her oxygen equipment went out one night very late. The staff had someone out to our house immediately to fix the issue. I recommend this company very much.
When you try to explain to them what happen they get smart and ugly with you. No respect to you when you are trying to get supplies for your CPAP machine. I never had to get appointment before to get my supplies before until now.

The staff i met were very helpful and polite. Although i was a bit abrasive on the phone when questioning the costs, they remained professional and understood my concerns while answering my questions. When i arrived at the store they were very quick to help me and were very thorough in showing me how to use my cpap machine.

Do NOT use this company. The General Manager is rude and offers no resolution to problems. Give your business to a company that CARES !! No wonder they have bad reviews- I see first hand why. Would have no stars but you must give one to be able to leave review. I would give a big minus star to this company.
