Drove over a hour to get my insert just to get here and the lady tell me they were about to call and cancel my apt because they weren’t ready. Very unorganized and inconsiderate
What an amazing company! Keon worked with a friend of mine that has one leg 2 1/2 inches shorter than the other. He designed a custom made shoe and showed him such kindness. Clive no longer suffers pain while walking. I can’t thank him enough!

I cannot stress how much I love this place. Every time I call, the office staff has been fantastic. We finally went into the office, and everybody, from the staff to other patients, were fantastic. We picked up the first prosthesis for my family member, and it’s perfect! A great fit, great design, everything is wonderful.
I had been having issues with drop foot for years. After dealing with other local companies and not being satisfied with my braces I was told about AOI through a friend. They have been extremely patient and helpful my brace is helping tremendously. I am so thankful to find a place that truly cares.
I have never had problems with this office untill NOW ! No one ever answers the phone I am on hold for several minutes with no one answering. I leave messages and no one responds. I am waiting to go in for my shoes and no one is responding to my messages or answering the phone its maddening. What happened to your office????
