One word a bunch of cons we where told by the owner that she was selling her condo we had 30 days and moved on the 10 of the month and the owner said we didnt owe her anything these cons tried to bill us for full rent and a late fee if I could of gave a zero star I would have dont trust these cons u can see they have very bad reviews

Awful property management. Lack of support to homeowners within the association and lack of concern when issues arise. Plenty of excuses made for issues without any action taken. Highly disappointed in this firm and the HOA.
The owner of this company is arrogant, and unprofessional. He likes to state the rules but fails to provide back up documentation. Someone in the right should have no problem supporting their contentions with documentation. Makes you wonder if he is just making things up. He obviously does not like to be questioned.
