I have always had a pleasant experience at this office from Dr. Yan and his assistant to the audiologist Jasmine and Amanda. They are very attentive and truly listen to your concerns. Definitely recommend this practice for any hearing needs.
Our 9 year old has had three strep throats in a four month period. In addition, she wasn’t able to breathe through her nose properly, especially during night, which impacted her sleeping. She’s feeling so much better since her adenoids and tonsils were removed.
This office is clean and the staff are friendly. Dr Van Kooten was very informative. He helped me thru the process of my tonsillectomy. Overall I’m very satisfied with the service and treatment I’ve received.
