I’ve had an awful experience letting them rent out my two unit apartment. Very little effort was made to find me tenants. They prefer to conduct business through email rather than over the phone which is fine, but when I didn’t receive any updates in close to a month I severed ties. I tried them for 2 months.
I contacted the assistant property manager Andrea about getting a showing at a property. She showed me the unit the next day and was so polite and nice to me and my girlfriend. We are more than thrilled with the whole experience and how she treated us. I would give her ten stars if I could!
Kathryn Coconato has been a great asset for our Board. She is diligent and accessable, which hasn’t always been the case with previous managers/management companies. We’re lucky to have her.
