I was having issues with my internet dropping, I called and same day within 2 hours of the call, Shane and Justin came out to fix it. They went above and beyond to make sure things was satisfactory. Lose connection CONSTANTLY, sometimes for days in a row. In fact its been out for an hour today and was out 1/2 an hour yesterday. I complain but they always have some dumb excuse. Sick of it for this outrageous cost. Go somewhere else if you can.
