Charging our commercial business about 5,000 dollars more per year for Natural gas than what the utility would be charging. An absolute shame, we are so upset.
They keep on calling me and when I answer no one talks. I emailed them to take my number off their calling list. They didn’t reply.
They always call in the wrong times.
They keep on waking my baby.
100% a scam. They tell you how they are going to save you money, and they charge less per kWh than Central Hudson. You then receive the bill and notice that they are charging 150% the price of electric and 150% the price of natural gas. Absolute scam and outright theft.
These people are constantly calling me trying to loop me in on their scam. I don’t even live in their service area and they refuse to remove my number. I’m up to 12 calls a day from them now

I am removing my account they are not Orange & and Rockland it is a scam. Have reported this to Orange & and Rockland utilities. Do not except their phone calls.
They are scammers. Called and told I was on a recorded line asking for the one who paid the bills, for my protection. They tried to sound official but they really messed with the wrong person. My advice to you, scammers is to up your ante on the game. You have been reported to the BBB once again.
Great customer service and peace of mind with the EnergyGuard coverage provided, never have to worry about waking up with no HEAT again, cause if I do, I make a call… Agway has me covered !!!
I love the convenience of Energy Guard! Had to use this over the winter,just put in my call and repair man was here within about an hour. I would advise anyone I know to use Agway!
I have used the furnace (boiler) repair feature at least 3 times over 17 years and have gotten timely service and saved hundreds of dollar – but the best thing is “peace of mind” that things will be taken care of.
Agway’s sales reps will lie to you to tell you that they will save you money by making Agway your energy provider. over the time period of one year agway has cost me over $500 more for my natural gas bill! dont use this company for your utilities provider. You will spend more money if you do
I have been a customer for many years. I had my heating unit and Air conditioning serviced. When I have a problem, that day or the next day it is fixed. I would recommend Agway to everybody.

This past winter I had several problems with my natural gas boiler with it periodically shutting itself off. The technician diagnosed the problem and replaced several parts, at no cost to me, very impressed with the service and the technician. Have had no problems since.
Basically charged for a service they didn’t provide. So if you like paying twice for your energy then go right ahead. One house was enough for me. Lied to my wife and it was 4 months before i got ahold of the bill and took care of it. 100% scam. I can’t believe this crap is going on.

Agway Energy Guard is great! It was a life-saver when my furnace was not working this past December. I was able to get it fixed at no cost to me.
