This is not a company, in my opinion it’s a fraud organization. They charge more than anyone else and don’t give you service. That is fraud by definition. They need to be class action suited via consumers protection act.
It worked great for about 6 month, then one day it quit working and have gotten no where on getting it fixed. It’s been over 8 months now and still no avail.

Use as a last resort. Internet is always slower than advertised. Many times doesn’t work. Setup a timer on your router and modem so it resets every night. Be aware they will always suspect your router.
If there were a 0 star rating that’s what I would have chosen, this has to be the worst company I’ve seen in my life. They said “up to 1 mega byte per second.” In reality I actually get 1/3 of a mega byte on a good day…..terrible service!
