I can never get anyone to call me back anymore when i call for supplys i need for my infant son :/ when i do get something its always the wrong parts or wrong supplys in small amounts, so i cant even get those supplys to last until they do bring me something i can use.. Very frustrating!

Ted came to change the filters in my dads oxygen machine. He was able to uncover an issue that was preventing my dad from getting his correct amount of oxygen. If it weren’t for Ted, we wouldn’t have known! He was very pleasant and informative! Hope to see him again next time!!
