  8. Paul came by and took a look at our set up. It turns out that our router is notorious for having problems with air fiber wisp. We changed some settings, so far so good. Hoping that the problem does not come back. Great Customer Service.

  13. Literally the worst service provider!! Never works when needed. Can’t get any work done on the weekend because there is never a solid connection. Call for support and never get a return call or an answer. Not even sure how to cancel services at this point since we can’t ever get a hold of anyone!

  15. Have had their service for a little over a year. Went with them for their package prices. As often as their service is out or much slower than advertised they should be crediting bills. It’s nearly impossible to work from home, streaming services lag and often won’t load at all.

  18. I litterily disconnect from the internet 12-18 times a day they keep accepting more customers when they’re service can’t even handle what they have, if you can get any other provider I recommend going with them, a hot spot from your phone would be better then this garbage service
