We live further out of the metro by choice so options are limited. We chose Airosurf due to reviews of competitors and I am so glad we did! Thank you for such great service.
Our speeds average around 2.3 Mbps down and 1.2 up. Customer service is good, and they have tried to get the speeds higher, we just haven’t been able to get the 10Mbps we are paying for, or even close. I’m sure it depends on tower location, etc.. Just my experience.

Not the best speeds, pretty slow compared to broadband. But when it’s this service or satellite, this service is better hands down. They also have pretty good tech support. Some of the techs try to get out of fixing your stuff, but good thing is this is a small enough company that you can speak to another tech that may know more.
Amazing company. My father has used their service for years and never had an issue til recently. I scheduled his service appointment with ease and they came and replaced some equipment and upgraded it all at no cost. Service technician was polite and professional. I have now decided to switch.
