Had my first implant put in. Staff and Dr. Kimberly we’re very friendly and made me feel comfortable knowing I was very nervous. They worked quickly efficiently. Highly recommend them.

Called to make an appointment, got a machine, left multiple messages over multiple days. I NEVER recieved a call back. So now it’s off to Falls Oral Surgery. They actually answer the phone and can schedule you.
I recently saw Dr.Klien and he removed one of my teeth. He was very professional and answered all my questions. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this practice to anyone I know!
This is a very nice place. They recently moved from across the street and the place is really nice. Entire staff was pleasant and made me feel relaxed. This was my first visit here and will definitely be back to see them again!
Terrible customer service. I just called to make an appointment. They told me that I need to go somewhere else, because what I need to have done is a lot, and another dentist may see that less work needs to be done; so I should try another dentist. Then they said to let them know if I still need their help in the future.

Any kind of surgery is a bit scary. I went in for a molar extraction and I was on my way home before I knew it. The people are are all top notch and focused on your care. Very friendly and understanding. Little time in the waiting room.

The billing clerk is an absolute nightmare. After getting thousands from me I was belittled over a very small overdue balance, which was paid. Never again will I go to a facility that employees such hateful people. I would not recommend this place.
