I’d like to know what Alcosan does with the billions of dollars they get from the sewer tax on homeowners. There is no accountability to the public and they even waste money on full page ads in the Post Gazette.
Very well maintained, and the open house was surprisingly good. Figuring the place deals with human waste, we were expecting to be grossed out, but honestly, it was quite a bit of fun.
Coming from a stricken place, I try hard to save water. My alcosan “bill” is double my water, more than triple my sewer, every month. This is a scam only in Alleghany County to prey on customers, requiring us to pay for their mega company pipe expansion.
Rates are constantly going up. Somehow my sewage bill is $240.00 for one person in a single home. It’s getting outrageous
