HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE ALDEN MEDICAL GROUPE FOR THE PAST 19 YEARS THEY HAVE HELP ME & MY WIFE IN SO MANY WAYS WE SEE DOCTOR JUPUDY & HE SHOWS MUCH CONCERN FOR YOUR HEALTH HE HELPED ME WITH THE BLOOD CLOG I HAD DOCTOR JUPUDY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL & CARRING COULD NOT HAVE A BETTER DOCTOR
Excellent Drs but have no idea how to efficiently schedule patients. Plan at least 2 hrs for your visit. Usually wait over an hour before you get called in
Set aside half a day for your visit, you will wait in the outdated small waiting room for at least an hour sometimes as long as 2 hours. 2:30 appointment is more like 4:30. Doctors are great. Service is poor.
Went there today. My appointment was supposed to be at 3pm. However was waiting in the waiting room for an hour. So didn’t end up being called in til 4pm. My actual appointment was at 3pm eastern standard time not central. Terrible waste of time.
The physicians in this group are excellent. However, the front end ( office staff) are terrible. They are unorganized, rude, disrespectful and defensive. An example of this is in their tone when you request informationion and the messages …

There is a wait normally… And yes it can be annoying and long. However, they are great doctors. That is hard to find. I wouldn’t say they are both great at the full communication process. But if you are taking initiative with your health, they are great doctors.
