Other reviews are good, so I called to get a price for month to month monitoring of an existing DSC system. Operator wanted my info to have a sales person call me. I do not want a sales person calling, just a clear, transparent monitoring rate. Witness and Platinum had no trouble giving me the price. I’ll keep shopping around.
