How come there is no way to give 0 stars. My wife is in Ocean Medical waiting for Alert to transport her to Rehab. She was supposed to be picked up at 7pm and it is 4 minutes to 9pm. When the nurse called she was told they would be here by 9pm. It’s 915pm now and still a no show.
