Must have a lot of cancellations since I’ve called multiple times and still have no resolution (canceled on 12/27). I followed Alert’s cancellation process and then was ghosted. Poor customer service and they’re holding my refund hostage!

My experience with alert has been good, the installation didn’t take long & was simple for my home, what you need to watch out for is, you could be looked into a long contract that could cost you, if for some reason you need to get out of it early.

Very difficult to cancel their service. I’ve had to contact them repeatedly, then they didn’t cancel it on time and so they overcharged me. Getting a refund of the overcharge has been difficult. I hate to say it about a Chicagoland company but I wouldn’t recommend them.
