This company blows. Every time the power goes out on my road, it’s for at least 24 hours or more.

The power goes out here a lot in Harvey sometimes it takes hours to come back on, there was a time when it took them over 10 hrs before the power was restored, I have not been happy with Alger Delta they suck and wish I had another option for a power company!!
This is the worst ever eletric company I have ever had to deal with! Power flickers at least once a week and then when you’re without power for a few days because they are a co-op you get no credit!!

8 hours no electric. Report the outage and they can’t do anything for another 6 hours minimum. With the ridiculous prices people pay for these services you’d think they would do better than that. It’s like getting screwed without lube.
