  1. Horrible customer service , wait two weeks for an install and they didn’t call before showing up so no one was home then just rescheduled for another week. Garbage

  2. Well I have called all west communication twice today. the first I asked for a call back because you cannot get a human to answer the phone anymore, its automated. the second time I called I left a message. yet again no call back. Yet you pay for the service and there is none.

  5. Internet is out. Been that way for 5 days, since Thursday afternoon. I’ve put in several help desk tickets. Nothing. I tried calling. No one is answering. I press 4 for the help desk. It rings then hangs up. Been on hold for 45 minutes. Pathetic.

  6. Word of advice… Do not get service through this company unless you enjoy having internet outage on a regular basis. I would say that rock springs is the problem. A little behind on today’s technology.

  9. I was saposed to get service transfers over and nobody came the day that I scheduled. So I’ve been calling for 2 days and still can’t get anyone to awnser . Or return my calls. I’m about to just cancel my service all around . And just find internet somewhere else!

  10. Glad to have internet when it’s here. But half of the time my phone, computer just keeps thinking with no internet. Wish they’d get it together. Also we wish we had another reliable internet company in town with reasonable prices.

  11. If I could leave a negative star review I would. These slack jawed yokels dropped AMC, the channel with the highly rated Walking Dead, due to contract disputes. No warning, no attempt to find a solution, just gone. I hope they lose some business over this bonehead move.

  12. If you stream Netflix, Hulu or any other channel this is your internet, the picture is perfect and no buffering like the satellite internet. Great customer service as well!

  13. They are great. The office personal we’re super helpful and friendly answered all my questions. The installer showed up when scheduled and also did a great job I have not had any service problems

  14. Pretty impressed, started with centurylink years ago and it was so slow, switched to LR and we loved it but they couldn’t get signal at our new house. They recommended AllWest, we got the “up to 100 Mbps download” package, super fast and it’s close to what it says it’s supposed to be. We are happy with it!

  15. Customer service is not the best. Don’t expect people to be checking your website for outages. I need internet to access your website anyway, For what you charge, your service should be better.

  18. Ever since All West took over the local company my internet stops working for no reason at random times and runs slower than ever before. My internet runs faster on my phone when I’m not connected to the internet than when i am. Any time I contact the help desk I am on hold for 45 mins to an hour and they NEVER respond to my emails.

  25. UNRELIABLE CONNECTION!! WIFI rarely stays connected for more than an hour at a time. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. Also if you’re late on a payment for any amount of time they will randomly disconnect your WiFi constantly.

  39. By far the absolute worst and most unreliable internet provider I have ever seen. At least 2-3 times a week there are outages. When there isn’t an outage the internet is poor at best, and that’s with the “fiber optic” package. Do yourself a favor and do NOT get your internet from all west.
