For a place with the purpose of helping people to be well you will not be met with empathy or appropriate communication skills. ALL STAFF are there to help people, if that is not something the staff is interested in they should reevaluate the reasons why they are employed. If you’d like to be treated harshly it’s highly recommend.

I took my test at 2pm and I got my test results back at 2 AM, they originally said it was gonna take 2 to 3 days but I’m not mad at the early results. The nurse who did it was very friendly and gentle when she did the test which was surprising because I went through a drive-through test.

Poor customer service, despite being urgent care facility, no one was available on front desk when we got there, had to wait for 15 minutes for her to show up. Took another 30 minutes for our patient who need urgent care to get admitted. She was rude and didn’t care about the patient that needed urgent care.
I unreservedly recommend Dr. Alf Adler and his nurse. I have been coming to Dr. Adler’s office for several years and I am always comfortable and confident that that I will receive respectful, kind and professional care in this office. Dr. Adler runs his practice the way doctors’ offices ought to be run.
