  1. This bank is the worst cant use your debit card to make your auto payment this bank is far in the dark they do not even try to work with you it’s there way or else I will never do business with them again the worst bank around

  2. Website links dont work. People on the phone dont work. If you are lucky you’ll get someone who will help. For me thats been 1/4 times I have tried to contact them. 0/12 i will do my best to never have any contact with them again.

  5. This branch does NOT have an atm. The clerk told me there’s an atm in the mill (Mittal). Wasted my time driving over there, to get turned away because I’m not an mill employee. For non mill ppl looking for an atm there’s one in Portage on Willowcreek & one in Chesterton on 49.

  9. I visit the Hobart branch often. And I normally enjoy coming here. But I’m now at the point where I’m thinking about closing my account.   12. Always very slow service at the Michigan city location. They left me sitting at drive up window for over 10 minutes without any notice of why or reason. After asking I think they had 1 teller working driveup and interior of bank. Poor customer service. They also recently stopped processing PayPal orCashApp ttransactions .
