  1. Bad service. COMPLETELY INSECURE INTERNET
    TV keeps freezing not to mention their NAT does not work. Their network is screwed up and their service is horrible. My TV freezes for a minute every ten minutes, not even worth watching TV because its so annoying.

Horizon Health Care, Inc. has been a customer of Alliance for well over a decade and the services we receive including Internet, cable TV, website hosting, and local TLS connectivity have been nothing but bullet-proof and rock solid! Alliance also brings to the table customer-friendly, knowledgeable support staff!

  5. Fast internet for great price. Stinks that we have to bundle phone, but I understand that is a federal mandate, not an Alliance requirement. Fiber to my rural house is extraordinary. Customer service is crazy good, real local people who help any type of issue.
