While Md Bolton is a competent doctor, the support staff is lacking basic skills. They failed to order a prescription cream the doctor ordered. I was never informed of a biopsy result. When I finally got a response to my own inquiries, I was told “they have lots of patients” as an excuse for not informing me of the results.
