  1. The WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! Everytime I called it was horrible!!! From the time I started with this company till the day I decided to end it! It was a terrible experience from the ladies who answered the phones, to the dispatchers to the owner(who hung up the phone on me)!!

  6. Following them about 6-8 car lengths back on Hwy 40 near exit 273 on 2/28/19 at 9:38am and they were dropping cans, plastic bags, and other debris all over the highway. Solid waste collectors who litter our highways don’t appeal to m, and shouldn’t be eligible for business in NC. Pretty disgusting to see. ☹️

  7. Their folks have been very friendly and helpful getting new service started. Always a prompt and courteous answer to questions. A little dismayed that they leave it to the driver to decide if I can add stuff to go that isn’t in the big recepticle they provide.

  12. I must say that I have never been so impressed with such an organized sanitation company. Setting up service was extremely easy and their pickup was flawless. In fact, I left quite a considerable amount of trash (moving boxes and paper) at the curb and they picked it all up. Very impressed! Thank you All-Points!
