Great people. My meter went bad and a technician changed it out, but inadvertently left it in the yard. I hit it with my lawnmower and bent the blade. When I told them what happened, they reimbursed me for the cost of the blade. Great service. Happy customer.
No water, Labor Day, no back up to answer phones in an emergency. No way to get a hold of any one to report an issue. Who do you report to if you cause the issue? Need back up and numbers that don’t simply rely to “enter the number of the extension you wish to speak to”.

This company is completely trash..the only water company I know that says you own half the meter (they have to supply the meter part you can’t buy) so they dont have to fix their problem. Employees are to lazy to breath…and refuse to correct the bill stay clear of this joke of a company!!!
Just opened a new account with water company and a day later i needed to cancel it because i had my lease voided due to cockroaches. I rented a duplex and the next day it had cockroaches so i had my lease voided and never even moved in. …
Very poor company! If there was another company for water I would change. They have Disconnected my water when I have already paid using the Credit card by call phone number. And took so long to turn it back on when I called them and told them that it was paid before it disconnected

Never had any issues with them. They have responded quickly when informed of a water leak on our road. I have never needed to make any payment arrangements, so I have no experience with that department. I have paid my bill in person and had a pleasant experience. The clerks in the office were nice and helpful.
