Worst time management ever!! If I could give negative stars I would. I had a 6:30pm appointment, they made me wait an hour and a half!! Didn’t see the doctor until 8:00pm! So ridiculous.
Everyone I encountered were very friendly. Luckily my wait wasn’t bad, about a little over an hour from the time I got there until the doctor came to the room.
Arrived 10 mins early for a first appointment with the office. The waiting room was full, I asked how long the wait was and the receptionist said he’s running behind and wasn’t sure how long the wait would be. I sat down to fill out new pt paperwork and one lady told me she’d been waiting over an hour to be seen. We got up and left.
My wife’s full body exam took place while she was in her street clothes, not in a gown. It took maybe 5 minutes and he said “he saw enough.”
Really? Never going back.
Visits from pharmaceutical sales reps are prioritized over patient visits. I waited for an hour and twenty minutes before leaving. There is a lack of process at this office and respect for patient’s time.
Dr. Finkelstein has always provided great care. He takes the time to explain everything that’s happening and inspires confidence. I recommend him to everyone.

Everyone from the front desk to Dr. Finkelstein were polite, helpful and professional. The wait time was long but it’s to be expected at any specialist and no longer than any other office. Would certainly recommend to others.
I went to see Dr Finkelstein for psoriasis , he took the time to explain to me the process of healing and the reason it is caused. The staff is outstanding with scheduling and work hard to keep their patients happy. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with psoriasis

Dr. Finklestein is friendly but they give out expired medication, don’t keep up or remind people about their appointments or they cancel them at the last minute. They also claim they can’t do certain procedures due to insurance even though other dermatologists do.

I’m aware of the complaints regarding wait time — it’s truly not bad at all. Dr. Finkelstein listens to absolutely every worry you have and appropriately assesses your concerns.
