Came at 8 am to lab on Ridge Rd and Cline Ave. Sign said hours changed to 9am. Drove home and back again at 9.
6 people ahead of me only 1 girl on staff. Told to wait in car. Waited over 1 hour.
Being the first time come there they ask for your insurance card they don’t look at the I’d number on the card if they did they would have seen that is a different card from blue cross and blue shield and it was not form Illinois. And it had Meijer in blue in the corner.
Rethink firing your dedicated employees who have sacrificed their whole life for your company. You’re heading down a dangerous road. I hope you find God because you desperately need Him.
This is the worst laboratory I ever seen in my 72 years. No responds on my emails. Not sending me the results. What they are doing? I won’t reccomend this laboratory to no one. Period.
People be careful about this laboratory they billed me for service they provide to me twice. ($ 56.00) which they not suppose to charge me, I have a HUMANA full converge. Luckily I called HUMANA they told me I don’t have to pay anything to …
I would not trust these people with my my blood test ever again, this is the second time that they did not send the results to the doctor. Utter incompetence the results could be life or death, and they don’t send the results to the doctor …
