Internet/phone constantly growing down everyday for hours at a time. Annoyance when you need the internet for work and school.
For the last 2 months I have gone over my data because the internet hasn’t been working. Have had problems for a long time they come out say it’s fixed and NOPE.

Just don’t. Your bandwidth is shared, and weather can easily affect your signal. Better options are usually available.

Its stupid this company is in amarillo but doesn’t offer internet service to residence of amarillo. Way to miss out on a huge opportunity to grow and expand. I guess amarilloins money isnt good enough for AMA TECH TEL.
Had their services for years and in the last several months internet was horrible. Called them to fix and told to find another service. Left high and dry! They could have told us months ago that the problems were not fixable instead of bilking us out of more money! Not recommended at all!
A M A Tech Tel is a bad company. Every time it rains the phone quits. They want to charge me to fix it. I am to the point where I may tell them to disconnect it and I will find a different company. Their service is bad.

Wireless streaming is a joke. Techs will tell you that if you want to stream Netflix, you need to go elsewhere. My tested download speed was .3mbs. Nowhere near fast enough. (6mbs is recommended)
Otherwise, the techs are helpful and knowledgeable.

I have had Ama Tech Tell for years n anytime I have an issue they are quick to fix the issue. I am more than happy with this company. I can play my online games while others watch Netflix with no issue.

Bandwidth is not shared, like some previous people indicate, and from what I see, the people who have major issues are those who wait days or weeks after their services has been down to report it.

Horrible service. Always having outages in Loraine. And always takes them forever to fixing the so called issue. I sure hope we start getting more options in WiFi companies in town in the near future. I’ve heard of other companies wanting to come in. Guess we’ll see. I wouldn’t recommend this company.
If .. No when, the outage occurs it takes HOURS UPON HOURS to restore.
