On Tuesday February 18th, between 2 and 2:30 am. Husband called ambulance for me. The paramedic was inconsiderate. I was cold walking outside he didn’t let my husband get me my slippers and inside of ambulance I asked him to ask my husband for my glasses and and he completely ignored me. He treated me like if I was drunk or on drugs.
I had difficulty breathing from pneumonia and the emt was very rude. I was on rig 144 and the paramedic was nice but the emt made sarcastic comments to me and then when I was delivered to the hospital I was wheeled to the waiting room and told I’m fine and to go home.
$2,000 to take me 5 miles to the hospital is outrageous! How do you people live with yourselves! Next time I’d rather WALK to the hospital if these are the kind of prices you charge!
