Customers service doesn’t exist they will lock your card with no text or email or reason why,has to be the worst place to put your money. They will lock your card on a Friday an you will have to wait till Monday just to talk to someone. The Worst.
Been a customer for more than 15+ years and getting a loan from them is horrible. They make offers and then deny folks. This is no longer a credit union is more of a regular bank. I think I might consider going elsewhere. From 2020 on, this credit union has gone downhill. I always recommend folks but I won’t no more. Go elsewhere.
