Been on hold for over 35 minutes now. Someone answered and then transferred me while I was in the middle of talking to them, then went straight to a voicemail. I wasn’t in the mood to talk with a voicemail when I thought I would be talking with a person after waiting for 35 minutes.

They used to be great. If you missed your trash day you could call and they’d pick it up on the other day. They’d take a reasonable amount of bulky items that wouldn’t fit in the can. Not anymore.
