Great place to work. The environment is very professional and if your a state employee the benefits are great. They don’t close for snow but the insurance is great.
Love PHEAA’s mission of providing access to education. They service student loans, administer the State Grant program (covering the cost of administering the program through the servicing fees paid by lenders), and more.
Working with AES for my college loans was amazing. I took them at separate times, had to defer a few times & am now in the process of working with them regarding paying them back rather than having to deal with a collection company. They …

Short and sweet, retired after 18 plus years, without The Agency my family would not be smiling. Life is what you make it on a daily basis at the start of “your” day. “Be polite and others will do the same.”
They are too quick to charge you money but they arent too quick to be able to help you with grants. They transfer and transfer you and no onw who nothing. This is what we deal with because they lose people all the time. They are always …

Not a good place for employment what a nightmare
This place is ridiculous. Kitchen managers shaddy as hell. Fire people for no reason.
They don’t give two sh*ts about their customers and their financial problems
Happy to ruin your life! Also comfortable with stalking to the point of anxiety!
They are not open til 9 pm on Friday’s. I called 5pm and recording states their closed. Website is inaccurate.
They offer great customer service! I love their website!!

They need to make their website secure. It says not secure in the protocol.
If you are a student there is a good chance they either originated your student loan, or are servicing it through their subsidiary, AES.
Very nice building. Easy to get to
