They were very helpful making the purchase but should tell you when your buying an item you can’t return . They make it well known you can’t tetutn lift chairs and power eauipnemt …but didn’t mention the safety rails were not returnable …
They have what I need but the wait for them to call L&I and confirm the claim takes forever. It adds to the time when they answer the phone and help other customers. An establishment like this should have access to obtaining insurance information faster then this. Especially when I have all the paperwork and proof.
