Expensive
This is an overpriced joke. OMG
pretty much worst of the worst
Too bad there’s no other option for us.
Check out 802 Wexford Drive in Lafayette. It’ll all make sense.
Monopoly, just imagine how much money they get for having pipes under houses.
Monopoly is the word for this company. Can’t believe this is happening!
Insanely expensive for the service provided. Don’t buy a home in areas serviced by this company.
Besides the overpricing, lack of a website and online bill payment is unprofessional at this point in time.
5 stars now that they offer online payment options
You guys are soo overpriced and lack of website for online pay when it’s 2020, you wanna boost good ratings and customer service, add pay online option.
Small office friendly staff.
$60 a month for sewage???? Daylight robbery!!
Not to mention they keep sending the bill to our landlord instead of us, morons! …
This is my place of employment and it is an amazing company. The people are great. The boss would do anything for his employees. Wonderful company!!!
The web site was not very user friendly
Dirty business will ever live in an area where I have to deal with this company. Highly doubt I’m the only person that’s been ripped off by them. I’m going to end up having to pay them, even though they were already paid.
$65/month for service. No other options at my location. No online payment options. Must mail them a check every month. Just all around disappointing.
$60/month for sewage is truly insane and should deter renters in its service area.
I have been on a fixed rate, then all of a sudden they want to bump up prices to 72.81 for no reason and with no explanation. Not only are they shady but their customer service is rude as well.
If you are buying a home be sure you buy one where this company is not the sewer service provider. The current owner sought and got approval to raise their rates to some of the highest in Indiana (final adjustment will be close to $90.00 a …
With the latest increase in prices, a useful website and bill pay should be available. I would also hope this increase isn’t just another way for the owner to buy another house or add on to the 10,000 sq foot one he has now.
They are trying to raise the rates again 69% and have us 6 days notice before it is too late to contest the price increase. Absolutely worst company.
I think the 1 star rating here is overwhelmingly obvious. Just read the other reviews. I made the mistake of buying a rental property in ASU’s service area. I recently sold the property with ASU’s rates being one of the reasons why. The …
Unjustified rate hikes coupled with shoddy business practices driven by owner/manager Scott Lods. …
Rates are absolutely unconscionable. You’d think with what they charge they’d at least have a useful website. It’s like being transported back to 1999 every time I pay my bill, which costs an extra $2.50 and no option for autopay.
This service is legitimately THE SINGLE WORST utility provider I have EVER ENCOUNTERED!!
They are exorbitantly expensive! …
They’ve been pretty good so far. Setting up an account with them and starting services was pretty easy via phone call, and I’ve been able to maintain everything for my account on their website. The bill paying is super simple too. I haven’t …
