The worst . You schedule a transport and they show up 3 hours late and act as they are doing you a favor. When you call to ask where they are at they say they will be there in 10 minutes so you don’t cancel. There are plenty of other non emergency transport companies to choose from.

They hire brand new EMT’s and first responders without teaching them much of anything. The standard of care is incredibly low, and they do no continual training whatsoever.
