Was a customer of theirs – had full coverage – was hit by another driver and here we are almost 5 months later still with no resolution…go with GEICO or one of the others.
B e aware of this company , cancelled policy 8 month ago still no reimbursement of the fund , they previously inform us that it would take 3 months to return the balance still waiting given us all kind of excuse why it hasn’t been return.
Terrible insurance company. Wouldn’t help me with structural damage of my couch. Ashley Home Store are doing what they can to get AmTrust to help me!!!

Amtrust has really helped me with my Insurance. The employees are amazing, and they serve lunch everyday from their in office cafeterias. I highly recommend becoming a policyholder at AmTrust Financial Services as they have offices all over the world.
