Small small bill was sent to collections due to bill being sent to wrong address. Called company to pay them directly and they wouldn’t do it. Poor customer service
Why have you provided a phone number on the bill if you want to hang up on everyone who calls???? Do you call this customer service?? How the hell am I supposed to pay my bill before being sent to a collection agency?? Do I have to beg for you to do your job? Shame on your useless employees.
