I have had issue after issue with this company! They are constantly taking forever to get my equipment! They took my lift chair for repairs and told me that it would take a day to repair and then ended up having it for months!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
Incredibly rude and demeaning woman at the front desk. Unwilling to work with me or my private insurance to get a timely wheelchair for a broken leg. Said it would take over a week before they could process anything. Not very helpful, unfortunately rude. Take your business elsewhere.
