Diagnostic imaging, ARA Diagnostic Imaging - Corporate
This site is closed for renovation and expansion until Spring 2021. Welcome to ARA Diagnostic Imaging, Austin’s oldest and largest diagnostic imaging group. ARA’s board-certified … See more
ARA was in the Blue Cross network for several years. This last time we used them we got a bill and found out they are no longer in the network. This costs us an additional $250. No integrity.
lacking in profeessionalism in the staff, phone personnel–so I guess I agree with all of the previous comments by others. One MD I dealt with 2 years ago seemed absolutely unwilling to discuss results/treatment options and when I asked …
The amount and number of calls I have to do is atrocious. I always seem to call when their phones are never working or are having connection problems. Always transferred from the staff to the “scheduling staff” and back again. This is the year 2020, why can’t I book it online once my doctor provides the order?
They billed my wife’s mammogram as diagnostic when it was preventive, costing hundreds in unneccessary expenses. They refuse to correct their error, blaming us, the patient. Per our insurance company, all they need to do is reorder primary …
The rating is on refund policy/collection policy not imaging. When my insurance did not pay for a test I informed ARA that I was appealing the decision and it would take at least 60 days yet they sent me a letter threatening to turn my …
This is the worst imaging service we’ve ever used. 1st, their images apparently miss quite a bit. They didn’t show a lesion on my son’s brain that was there in 3 other MRIs from 2 other companies. 2nd, their operations are a joke. At my …
Billing is a joke I’ve left messages after messages. I’m told I have to get a hold of hill country OB/GYN force them to call ARA to let them know the correct billing code in order to get paid. did that but like the old saying goes good lead …
We visited the Cedar Park Location. The facility was very clean, modern, and the staff was friendly. I would rate ARA a five if it had not been for some billing issues that took longer than needed to resolve, but in the end ARA did the …
I would give zero if possible, when my doctor ordered a ultrasound, I had called for appointment and asked estimated cost as I am a self-pay patient. They have never called me with a price as promised, when I arrived for ultra sound they …
This place displays less professionalism than a wet noodle. Pretty sure the “medical professionals” at this location obtained their degrees from for-profit “universities” and/or forged their CVs. Buyer be warned.
If I could give this place NO stars, I would. Horrible horrible horrible. I had an optional procedure and asked them to obtain an ACCURATE estimate. They “claimed” they did and talked to my insurance so I agreed to do it. Months later, I am …
Really friendly staff
A Go to place for all your radiological imaging neefs.
Top notch equipment. Friendly and efficient staff.
This is definitely the worst imaging center in the country. Completely unprofessional and unethical . Please go somewhere else where they care.
Poor customer service. Billing office is terrible/non-responsive. Avoid Austin Radiological Association if you have an alternative.
I shouldn’t be waiting 20+mins to speak to a rep. This is ridiculous!! Yall make enough money !! Get phones reps or a switchboard. Not ok..

Was able to get two scans on short notice. If you want your own copy of them, you can pick them up from this corporate office.
