Terrible service ,constantly just stops working. If it rains or snows you might as well just forget about internet. Absolutely just a terrible provider.
The only reason I’m giving them 1 star is because I can’t give them 0. We are paying for the 100 Mbps down and I’m not even getting 1 Mbps right now the internet is complete Garbage.
It’s ridiculous the customer service is awful. With two people doing online school it is a nightmare. I’m constantly having to call the schools because we can’t do meetings. When we call Argent they say there’s nothing wrong and it’s user error.
The only reason I gave them one star is because I had to. Tech service is horrible, phones are always answered by an answering service, calls are never returned, and they don’t give a damn about any issues. If you have an alternative (which I didn’t) use someone else.
Drove 3 hours to return equipment, given their address by their answering service. Only address was a brick wall, no offices just a po box. Called to reach their offices but all day no answer only answering service. Bad customer service.
1 star only because I have to. $65 a month for up to 15mbps. It goes out every night at 10 and the rest of the time it is spotty. Constant run around on reasons why. Unable to do school work. Beyond annoying.
We haven’t had any internet since yesterday morning ( November 14, 2020). Calling isn’t any help, you get their answering service and they are totally useless. If I lived in a different town( not Rindge) I would be with another service.

The internet service goes down all the time and is spotty. It usually goes down right when your about to end a great movie!!

We have internet service and it’s really great for us – probably 99% reliable and super-fast … not sure why others seem to have bad experiences.
Avoid this ISP like the plague. You will only get your full speed from around 1am to 8am. Internet stops working on an almost daily basis.
